SOLUTIONS TO COMMON ISSUES
1. ISSUE: My CD or download doesn't work and keeps asking me for a
registration code or a password.
SOLUTION: All books and plans in electronic format require a
password upon first use and a registration code after initial use. Your
password is sent to you in your email when you receive your book. The
registration code is sent to your email after you register your book. To
register your book simply copy user number and send it to
help@secretgateways.com or click here for more information. PLEASE
NOTE: passwords and registration codes are two different items and
will not substitute for each other.
2. ISSUE: Where is my registration code? I registered but I didn't
receive my registration code.
SOLUTION: Registrations may take time depending on the volume of
pending processes. Your registration will be processed in the order it
was received. Please check the email address you provided when
registering your book also make sure to check your Spam folder as

3. ISSUE: But my electronic file did not provide a user number.
SOLUTION: If this is the case then the file you have downloaded or the
CD you received is defective and requires replacement. Please email
help@secregateways.com and you will be sent a replacement
immediately.
4. ISSUE: I am not completely sure if CDs or downloads will work on
my computer.
SOLUTION: Download one of our trial books to see if it will work on
your computer.
5. ISSUE: My file opens but the pictures are not displaying very well
and videos play very slowly or freeze.
SOLUTION: Your computer may not be able to load downloads or CDs
efficiently. Please make sure to try one of our trials on your computer
first before completing a purchase.
6. ISSUE: When I download files it takes hours for it to finish why do
they take so long?
SOLUTION: Files may range in size but usually are more than 7
megabytes in size. Downloads over dial up 56k modems may take long.
Although very rare some Firewalls may interfere with a download. To
increase your odds of faster downloads make sure your computer is
free of Spyware and has plenty of memory.
7. ISSUE: I tried to buy something today but my computer froze and I
had to start over. When I tried to make purchase again but my card was
rejected.
SOLUTION: Please make sure you only have one window open at a
time and verify your account has sufficient funds before making any
purchases.
