FILE SECURITY
When you download a book or receive a book on CD each book will have a unique double layer security
incorporated to work on your computer. This security includes both a password and a registration code. The
password is given to you with right when you purchase your book. If you buy a download the password is sent to your
email address. If you buy A book on CD the password is sent with the CD. The password opens the book for the first
couple of days but then the book expires and requires a registration code. To get your registration code follow the
directions below or send the books user number to help@secretgateways.com.

Secret Gateways ® experiments with many different things of which by nature of advanced science are dangerous
and may eventually fall into the wrong hands which may range between terrorist or small children. We are aware that
no matter how much hard work and effort we put into making our products safer for our customers it is certain that
what can go wrong will go wrong. Although we cannot stop all problems we have adopted a registration process to
significantly reduce the impact our products have by allowing only those who have registered their electronic books
to unlock them when they expire. Registrations are a one time only process and once entered will allow you to use
your electronic book on "your" computer as normal permanently. We do understand that our registration process
may be challenging for some which is why we also offer the option having your book sent on paperback.
To quickly submit your registration copy the user number and submit by filling out the form at the bottom or by
sending the user number to us. Your Registration code will be sent to your provided email address shortly after we
receive your user number and process it for you.

1. ISSUE: My CD or download doesn't work and keeps asking me for a registration code or a password.
SOLUTION: All books and plans in electronic format require a password upon first use and a registration
code after initial use. Your password is sent to you in your email when you receive your book. The
registration code is sent to your email after you register your book. To register your book simply copy
user number and send it to help@secretgateways.com or Fill out the form above. PLEASE NOTE:

2. ISSUE: Where is my registration code? I registered but I didn't receive my registration code.
SOLUTION: Registrations may take time depending on the volume of pending processes. Your
registration will be processed in the order it was received. Please check the email address you
provided when registering your book also make sure to check your Spam folder as well.
3. ISSUE: I received my registration code from you guys but it does not work.
SOLUTION: Please make sure you highlight and copy entire code including dashes "-" and paste it into
the registration field. Also please make sure you send the correct user number when you submit your
registration or we may process your book incorrectly and may require you to send your user number
again.
4. ISSUE: I went over to my friends house and re-downloaded my book to his computer so I could read it
there but now it is asking me for a password and for a registration again I thought I only had to register
once!
SOLUTION: When you register your book it will work for your computer only if you wish to register your
on another computer it will require a registration code for that computer.

SOLUTION: Remember that passwords and registration codes are different and should not be confused
with each other. Some links and files may be defective for some user and in this case may require a
