Secret Gateways(R) offers The following varieties of payment and formats for your orders. No accurate time frame is
available for order processing and orders are processed in the order they are received. Refunds for articles are not

Secret Gateways (R) currently has two types of items which are books and stock items. A book comes in many formats
and includes technical or entertainment information. Stock items are items such as flashlights, tools, parts, or other
advanced devices which have either multiple or single uses.
-Shipping and Handling Cost-
Books shipping and handling cost may change as we improve formats and increase shipping weights do to book
upgrades. You will need to add standard shipping cost for each book you order unless you request to combine them
all on one book through a manual mail order. Stock Item shipping cost may increase if multiple purchases are made
this is because shipping weight and handling load will increase as more purchases are made. Shipping cost may
change at any time as economy changes please be patient with such changes as we cannot control changes in
standard shipping cost we do our best to keep these cost as low as economically possible.
-OVERSEAS OR SPECIAL ORDERS-
For orders outside continental US or for any other special inquiries you will be required to fill out a special form to

-Item pricing-
Pricing for items may vary and is subject to change. Stock Items for example are priced according to manufacturing
cost which may change. Books pricing will change as individual books receive maintenance, improvements, and
upgrades.
-Money orders-
This form of payment is very popular and very safe. You don’t have to worry about Bank transactions or anything else.
Money orders are the closest thing to paying cash. The only disadvantage to this method is that it takes a long time for
an order to be processed do to the speed of the mail system and you will still have to wait for the order to be
processed.
-Checks-
Another popular form of payments are checks. They are not as secure as money orders are but will do just fine. This
business will not accept third party checks, paychecks, social security checks, already endorsed checks, post dated
checks, and most of all bounced checks. If we receive bad checks we will send it back in an enclosed letter with
embarrassing red letters “pay not accepted” and on top of that a possible five dollar fee added to your next order for
time used to process bad checks. You can avoid this by making sure you have enough money in your account to pay
for your order and also make making sure your account is not closed. Sorry if this seems harsh but time is very
valuable here at Secret Gateways ®.
-Credit Card-
This is the fastest way you can pay for your order. By using the shopping cart your orders will be processed faster will
be completed when your funds clear our bank. All transactions are done on a secure line. Some articles can be
downloaded and read right away after payment.
-PLAIN CASH-
If you are willing to take the risk of losing your money in the mail go for it. If we receive your money we will process your
order and send it right away, but if your money is lost in the mail we will not be held responsible for its loss. Send cash
money to us at your own risk. If you do decide to send cash it would be wise to keep it under $20. Use secure
envelopes that prevent someone from seeing through them and do not put coins as they act as a jingling indicator.
-Gift Certificate-
You can buy a friend or family member a gift certificate ranging between $45 to $100 dollars in value for any items
sold. The certificate must be at least $45 and expires after one month. Regular shipping for gift certificates is free.
Upon the completion of the transaction of your payment with Secret Gateways your order will be processed and sent
priority mail for delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on format and payment. Time frames can range between
one week to one month. Please note: we are unable to provide accurate time frames for order or registration
processing.
BOOK ORDERING INFORMATION
COLOR BOOKS
You can now order any available book in color for only 5 additional dollars each, plus shipping. Much
easier than working with registration codes. You can have books sent in beautiful full color detail and
clad with fancy durable soft covers!
DOWNLOADS
Now available for electronic format articles is our download feature. You can now buy your article and download it right
away. The only waiting you have to do is for the registration of your article when the article expires. Upon download
you will be able to read your article as normal until expiration which will require you to register your electronic article.
Expiration times may vary. We highly recommend this method if you want your order as soon as possible.
BLACK & WHITE BOOKS
You can get your plans on plain paper and have them sent to you. The paper plans are all in Black and
white but are offered as an alternative to electronic files which require a computer to operate. Add $5
shipping and handling for printed copies of "each" of articles offered.
BOOK On CD
Electronic format articles are delivered a bit faster than paper and come in smaller packages. Electronic articles can
come on a CD and will cost $7 shipping and handling. Electronic plans come in full color and with animations.
Electronic articles are secured by a time expiration registration code to prevent dangerous information from ending up
in the wrong hands such as terrorist or immature audiences. Many of our customers prefer this medium as it allows
them to order large amounts of info and store it on a single CD. To put your plans on CD simply request it like that and
include $7 dollars to put it on the CD.
PLEASE NOTE!
Electronic articles may not be compatible with all computers especially computers that run on 16bit and
MACS. All electronic books will expire over time after use and will need to be registered to reactivate. A
special user number will be generated by each electronic book which must be emailed to
help@secretgateways.com in order for the electronic article to reactivate. Once your article or articles are
activated you will not need to bother with registration again unless taking the file to another computer or
for upgrades on the file for more info on book registration please click here.
