-We are unable to travel to our customer's homes. We will be working exclusively with mail in/ mail out repairs.  If you need to repair your
equipment contact us nd we will email you with a printable quote or will mail you one.  Carefully pack your equipment inside a box, place
signed quote into box and ship it to (Secret Gateways PO Box 996, Las Vegas NM 87701) If you need further assistance please contact us.

- We do apologize for any inconveniences, delays and expenses this may incur.

-All repairs will be temporarily mail in and postal delivered or managed over phone/internet starting Friday 4/3/2020 for the next month or until
further notice. Special instructions will be given via phone or after submitting a
repair request form.

- Please help us protect our frail family members and prevent the unnecessary spread of a fatal diseases by limiting person to person contact.

-We are now going to be offering over the phone tech support starting at $19.99 or lower for basic over the phone consultation or
technical issues, to $39.99 for hour or more of in depth technical support. We will also be creating D.I.Y. (Do IT Yourself ) plans and kits for
our customers to do their own repairs and projects with expert written and easy to understand advice, along with other projects to help
support our current emergency life styles and changes. Stay Tuned.

With the trend of current events we cannot ignore the impact that this will have on all our lives and we first wish to extend our deepest
condolences for the all those who are suffering from this tragic event. We wish to offer some comfort by providing you information about

repair orders will be managed utilizing the postal service. We realize this will cause unwanted delays and extra expense in the form of

go about business as it has classically been done until the situation changes. We are now offering over the phone tech support as well as

Secret Gateways ® is a house call appointment service and online store with new reduced pricing. We will also be offering new types of
services such as in home company to company customer care calls (We call the overseas guys for you.) and will be growing our
technician family by recruiting from our local schools for friendly, skilled, and reliable service agents.  Repair items will now be stored in a
new state of the art and secure facility with 24hour monitoring and sentinel guards system behind iron clad doors.


We miss our retail store location but our new technology laboratory has very powerful tools, equipment, and space. We are proud to
present you our full spectrum science lab and workshop . Due to the cost of running the store location we were required to make some
changes to how our business operates, but we have now evolved into a very powerful support location. From now on you don't have to
find us we find you. We are putting time into developing new capabilities, new technology and an expanding network of great scientific
minds who are dedicated to serving and making a difference in the community and the world.

We will continue repairs and helping the people of our local town of Las Vegas New Mexico but will be expanding our repairs to private
